Effective January 1, 2021 the Building Division will be enforcing the following Construction Codes:

Florida Building Code 7th  Edition (2020) 

Permit Applications submitted on or after January 1, 2021 will be reviewed under the new requirements of the Florida Building Code 7th Edition (2020). See Quick Links.
