What are the City of Ocoee utility billing rates?
The
current rate schedule (PDF)
was changed and put into effect in October 2016.

When is the cut-off date?
Cut-off dates change monthly, and are located on your utility bill each month. You may call 407-905-3191 for more information.

Utility bills are mailed the last week of every month.

Utility bill due dates change monthly, it will be noted on your bill.

How do I make my monthly service payments?
There are many different
ways to make payments
. Payments may be mailed, paid in person, placed in the night drop box in front of City Hall, automatically deducted monthly from checking or savings accounts, online, or by phone.

What forms of payment do you accept?
The Utility Billing Office accepts cash, check, money order, or debit cards with a Mastercard / Visa, Discover, and American Express logo. Fees may apply.

Yes, you can give your credit card number over the phone through Point and Pay by calling 866-974-2058.

How do I view or pay my bill online?
To make a payment online, access our
online payment center
and enter your account number and password. Your pin is the last 4 digits of the social security number of the person on the account.
11.
Where is the drop box?
The drop box is a stainless steel box located in the public parking lot at City Hall. The drop box is emptied at 10 a.m., Monday through Friday. Payments placed in drop box may not be posted until next business day.

When are "late fees" posted?
Late fees are posted 5 working days after the due date (no exceptions).
13.
What is the late fee amount?
The late fee is $10, per the Date of Commencement of Resolution January 23, 2004.
14.
How long are deposits retained?
Deposits will be returned as a credit to your account after 24 consecutive months of service without water service being shut off or a notice of lien being filed for nonpayment.
15.
How can I have my water service bill automatically withdrawn from my account?
To have your water service bill automatically withdrawn from your account, please complete the
Authorization Agreement for Utility Automatic Payments Form (PDF)

How do I request emailed utility bills?
To request emailed utility bills, send an
email to electronic billing
. Be sure to indicate whether you would still like to receive your bill by USPS mail as well as by email.
